YOU MUST BE AN EVENDALE RESIDENT OR EVENDALE BUSINESS (business function only) TO RENT OUR FACILITIES.
The primary mission of Founders’ Pavilion is to present entertainment, arts and civic events for the general artistic, cultural or social benefit of the community.
The Pavilion may be made available for rental for events to the extent that schedule availability permits.
All rentals are subject to approval by the Evendale Recreation Commission or its designee.
RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
- Completion of the Department’s application for rental form for the Pavilion.
- Renter is responsible for all fees, deposits, village permits or requirements, including liability insurance, and cost of damages.
- Compliance with Village curfew time and noise restriction. Event must end and pavilion area cleared by 11:00 pm, Sunday through Thursday, and midnight, Friday and Saturday.
Rental Fee:
Resident Fee: $75 for four (4) hours - $30/hr or portion of an hour, thereafter
Non-Resident or Business Fee: $150 for four (4) hours - $75/hr or portion of an hour, thereafter
