You must be an Evendale resident in order to rent Recreation facilities. An Evendale business in need of a outside location for a business meeting or other business event, may also rent Recreation facilities. Business people may not rent Recreation facilities for personal uses.
The Cultural Arts Center may be rented by residents and non-residents alike.
Our priority list is as follows:
- Function of Village government
- Department functions/programs
- Resident groups sponsored by the respective Department
- Resident groups not sponsored by the respective Department
- Evendale business groups
- Non-resident groups, approval at the discretion of the respective Department Director or designee.
