General Information
YOU MUST BE AN EVENDALE RESIDENT OR EVENDALE BUSINESS (business function only)  TO RENT OUR FACILITIES.

SUNDAY RENTALS MUST BE CLEANED UP AND OUT BY 4:00 PM ON SUNDAYS.

Description & Usage:  1020 square feet; Floor surface, carpet.  The Evendale Room can rented.

A group must meet minimum residency requirements.  Seventy-five percent (75%) of participants attending the function must be Village of Evendale residents.  Proof of residency must be furnished, and a group roster which contains name, address, phone of each participant must be submitted upon application. 

When renting any facility, the applicant must be present, always, during the function (or the forfeit of the security deposit will occur.)  In addition (with a separate check), the resident, business or group must submit their personal/business/group check for the security deposit.  No other checks will be accepted. Do not consider your room approved until you receive official confirmation from the Recreation Department.  

Capacity: Tables & chairs, 63; Chairs only (special set-up), 136.

Fee Schedule
There will be no charge during normal hours of operation, except business events or when special set up is required.  A deposit is required for any scheduled event, except Village sponsored events.  The Recreation Department shall have the power to decide what type of business event we allow in this room.  (A greater business event fee will be assessed if usage occurs before or after normal hours of operation.)
