YOU MUST BE AN EVENDALE RESIDENT OR EVENDALE BUSINESS (business function only) TO RENT OUR FACILITIES.
SUNDAY RENTALS MUST BE CLEANED UP AND OUT BY 4:00 PM ON SUNDAYS.
This room is primarily used for our pre-school classes. It is also used during our summer camp Fun In The Sun. Half of the room has four "short" tables and about twenty "short" chairs (which will hold adults too) for our littlest residents. Adult-size tables and chairs can be added to the other half for any event. This half can also be left open for a play area.
General Rules: Rental requests can be made online or in person, at the Recreation Center during regular office hours. Proof of residency must be furnished (current I.D.) if requested, and the resident must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Make checks payable to: the Village of Evendale. Only cash, a resident check, or resident credit card accepted.
- Flames are prohibited in this area.
- Caterers and florists can make deliveries during normal hours of operation.
- No decorations may be attached to the walls, ceiling, or taped/attached to the floor, tables or chairs. Decorating can take place during normal recreation center hours of operation.
- Indicate set up (start) and clean up (end) time on application. If approved, a room layout sheet will be required with a deposit one week before the event.
- The applicant is responsible for leaving the room clean and orderly.
A. Clean off all tables (supplies provided), and sweep the floor area. B. No smoking in the building or under any canopy. C. Do not allow young children to wander through the building without proper supervision. Failure to supervise young children may result in a forfeit of the deposit. D. Applicant must be present 100% of the time or forfeit of deposit will occur. E. Place all trash in receptacles. F. Any food or drink must be removed immediately after the event. G. No refunds are granted for room reservation fees if canceled within the week of the event. All refunds must accompany a copy of the contract and a printed receipt. All refunds are subject to the department’s refund policy.
Alcohol is prohibited in this room.

The Recreation Center is accessible for the disabled. |

Rental fee is $50.00/hour. An after hours building is also required ($25.00/hour). |
