Season runs May 19 to July 17
(6 & unders start June 5)
Resident & returning Business member registration fee: $40 (includes t-shirt if signed up by March 24) Grandchildren of residents are not eligible for this program. 
 
Please know your child’s t-shirt size when you sign up.  If anyone else in the family would like a t-shirt, they can pay at sign-up for an additional $8.00 by March 25.  Only one order will be submitted.
***Starting March 25, the resident and business fee will be $50 per participant and a t-shirt will not included.
 
Volunteer positions will be made available on May 12 by 9 p.m. Positions are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Every family is required to volunteer. 
Families with only 6&U swimmers - 1 meet & 1 activity
All other families - 2 to 3 meets & 1 activity
 
Suit Ordering will be completed online or you can go to the Swimville store in Kenwood.  Once signed up specific information will be sent to all parents with the digital order form.
 
Parents register online or at the recreation center and pay the swim fee; once the team coordinator confirms with the center that you have registered and paid, you will be authorized onto the swim team’s website. Then you should register on the Eagles website www.evendaleeagles.org as a participant.
 
*NO Returning 6 & Unders practice until June 5*
For Ages 4 and Up, New and first-time swimmers must take an assessment on June 3 and 4 from  11:15 - 11:45 a.m.
Practices start Monday, May 19 – 29, after school.  No practice on May 26 or May 30.   Morning practices start June 2. 
**Regardless of what practice kids may have swam in the previous summer, swimmers must follow the age groups for the after-school practices. 
3:30  - 4:30 pm           9 & Over (no 8 & unders at this time)
4:30 – 5:00 pm          8 & under
5:00 – 6:00 pm          9 & over (no 8 & unders at this time)
 
Morning practices start Monday, June 2. Practice M-F, except for July 4, including meet days. No practice July 4th.
8:00 – 9:30 am          13 and over
9:30 – 10:30 am        ages 10, 11, 12
10:30 – 11:15 am      ages 7, 8, & 9
11:15 – 11:45 am      6 & under  ***NOT UNTIL JUNE 5
 
Meets are on Tuesday and Thursday evenings; Championships will be on July 14 & 15 in Norwood.  Awards Night will be held on July 17 at 6:00 p.m.  “New” swimmers should be
comfortable and confident in the water on their own. The swimmer will need to be able to enter the water on their own and maneuver in an independent manner past the flags.
