Welcome to the Village of Evendale Recreation Department & Evendale Cultural Arts Center

People residing within the Village of Evendale must register with the Tax Department as residents of the Village before purchasing a membership to the Recreation Department, registering in any programs, or renting any facility. 

Evendale Recreation defines your family as you, your spouse, and any children under age 25, still living at home, and in school (those you claim on your taxes). Once your child leaves school, no longer resides in your house, gets married, or has a child(ren), they are no longer considered eligible to be considered part of your family membership. 

We are proud to provide you with our activity registration system and website. To get started please Create an Account with all your household information. The data provided - emergency contacts, medical information, etc. - will help us better serve you. This info will also be automatically placed into your registration forms.

When creating your family account, a couple of notes:

1. Use the “My address is” instead of what you typed in. This will correctly code you as a resident.
2. When adding additional adult household members you do not need to fill in a user name and password for them, unless you want them to be able to log in and register or reserve on their own.
3. Adults must enter an Emergency Contact for themselves.
4. Medical conditions include allergies and anything in which we could find you unconscious and unable to speak with us or medical personnel.
5. Grandparents - please add your non-resident children and grandchildren to your account.  This will let you register them for our programs. (Yes, we know they do not live in the Village and we will go in and recode them as non-residents.)
6. With this online, anywhere, anytime to register option, if the front desk is closed, we will not accept your phone message as a reservation. Jump online and register instead.
7. Seniors - If you attempt to create an account and it tells you an account already exists for you, please contact the Rec.
   Center and we will send you a temporary password. We pre-loaded a few of you into the system. 
8. BE AWARE: Most registrations have a 24-hour time limit to check out. A few (like Gingerbread) have a fifteen (15) minute time limit to check out. Once these clocks expire, your seat in the program goes back out and someone could take it. Check out every time you go shopping!
