Pickleball - March - Level 3 & 4 Pickleball Instructional Play Tuesdays Evendale Residents, - there is open play on Thursday evenings, 6:00 - 8:00 pm. Join your neighbors for an evening of Pickleball fun and competition. If the weather is poor, then, if available, the group moves indoors to the Recreation Department's North Gym, otherwise, we will see you on the courts.Not sure about pickleball or want to improve your skills? Check out our classes.Pickleball Level DescriptionsLevel 1: Beginner - No or very little playing experience or no formal instruction.Level 2: Advanced Beginner – has received basic knowledge of the rules and court positioning. Limited/infrequent playing experience.Level 3: Low Intermediate/Intermediate Regularly – Good understanding of the rules, and court positioning and can hit all shots with moderate success and control. Learning doubles strategy.Level 4: High Intermediate/Advanced – a year or more of playing experience. Plays regularly. Stop in for a practice and try it out. The group meets every Tuesday and Thursday for practice from 10:45 am to noon. Teams have 8-10 matches each season. Transportation is provided to away matches.
